Remember baths?

Methinks a lot of people sort of grow out of baths. After a certain age, people assume that it's just better to hurry through a shower to get clean instead of taking the time and effort to take a bath. But it doesn't have to be that way!

Not only do they give you time to slow down and think about things, but they're also good for you! A lot of people in the world today are always stressed out over something. And for good reason! Today's world is a lot faster and more complicated than the world I remember from when I was younger, and you have to learn how to adapt to it to stay afloat in it. (No pun intended, dearies!) Baths are a great way to diffuse some of the stress of the world, to relax tensed muscles, and to improve mental health in general.

Not only that, but you can always take advantage of baths to catch up on your reading, or listen to some of your favorite music. And if you live in an environment where you spend a lot of time around other people, they are the perfect way to get away for a while without ever leaving your own him. They aren't expensive, either--all that's needed is water, and whatever you feel like putting into it to make it more to your liking. (And they make a lot of neat things to put into baths now, don't they? Like those cute little things that melt in water and are shaped like animals and flowers...)

So, the next time you're feeling blue, or stressed, or pressured, try taking a bath to make yourself feel better. If it doesn't improve your mood, at the least, you'll be a little refreshed by the experience! ^^
